Worked as medical assistant, then went on to get EMS/EMT as well.
I did double duty in the food industry while working in the medical field. From '86 to '96 had our own business then moved on to Bakery/Deli manager at IGA and for the last 10 years I worked for a food manufacturing company (Rich Products, Co.) as their bakery technical rep. for the south. I wrote bakery training manuals, decorated products for national food shows, conducted training seminars for my accounts etc. Traveled from FL to NY and from the east coast to TN.
I came back to Broken Arrow after my daughter started the grandbabies.
Now divorced and living back in BA working for Panera Bread as their Bakery Market Manager for the 17 Oklahoma Cafe's.
(Update) I'm back with my husband, we're living in Hampton, VA as he is currently working at Langley AFB. I am disabled after problems with my knee but try to get back to BA to see family and friends as often as possible.
(Update October 2013) We have moved from VA back to OK and we're getting settled in OKC. Glad to be back and closer to the Grandkids, family and friends!
